Helping You Navigate Beyond the Uncertain Present
"I was in the second phase of a divorce process that was extremely stressful, in part because of the financial implications; Bruce redirected me several times so as to save energy, time, and money. Finding someone of his caliber was life-saving, his insights and help were invaluable, and I continue to consult him when I have new issues. I found especially helpful Bruce's directness about the reality of the system and what I could expect."

Bruce Wiener, P.C. assists in the following family law matters:
We offer three levels of representation: Consulting, Limited Scope Representation (Unbundled), and Full-Scope Representation.
Consulting: In this role, we assist you in an informal, advisory capacity. This could include document review, legal research, or guidance in preparing for mediation or a court hearing. This option is appropriate if you are willing and able to take the lead in your case.
Limited Scope Representation: In this role, our representation is limited to a discrete hearing or task, such as drafting a motion or stipulation agreement. This option is ideal if you are seeking to control your costs.
Full Scope Representation: In this role, we represent you in all court proceedings in your case, mediation, communicate on your behalf with the opposing party or opposing counsel, and file documents with the court. This option is appropriate in high-conflict cases where contested litigation is likely.
Schedule an initial consultation to discuss which option is right for you.
We will not begin work on your case until you sign a fee agreement. A retainer — an advance of fees and costs — is required for any ongoing services.
